This Administrative Record (Collection 67707) was prepared to support the Request for Removal Action Memorandum signed on June 28, 2024. Any future amendments to the Administrative Record file will be available using the same URL, above. Please contact the SEMS Records and Information Center at 617-918-1440 with technical questions pertaining to accessing the Administrative Record. The Administrative Record is a collection of documents that form the basis for the selection of a removal action. The Administrative Record is required pursuant to the National Contingency Plan (NCP) 40 CFR 300 Subpart I. While the 2015 amendments to the NCP now allow for electronic distribution of Administrative Records, the NCP still requires the EPA to establish a field repository that provides the public with access to the information available via the internet.
